Boeing and Space Adventures have teamed up to offer private space travel.

Boeing is teaming up with Space Adventures Ltd., a leading private space exploration company, to provide affordable space tourism to the general public and businesses. Space Adventures is presently the only company that offers actual private spaceflight and with Boeing’s expertise in manufacturing space crafts, it hopes to make space accessible to private individuals and as well as help industries make use of resources found in space. The company also said that their partnership with Boeing could result in private flights in Boeing’s CST-100 spacecraft from as early as 2015.
