Australian Police Issue Intervention Order Via Facebook

Authorities in Australia take a decidedly modern approach in dealing with a cyber bully.

Late last month Senior Constable Stuart Walton issued an official intervention order against a cyber bully using the same social media network the accused reportedly utilized to carry out the online abuse.  Harassment, threats and abuse via Facebook were some of the complaints issued to the police department from a distressed woman against a former boyfriend.
