A glowing, colorful garment is made from some of the most unlikely materials.

This Charlie Bucket-designed Fluid Dress is made from 600 feet of knitted plastic tubing filled with glowing fluid. The dress has a computer-controlled backpack pump that controls the pumping of  colored fluid into the tubes, filling up the dress, and changing its look.
