Information aims to help people get started on a fitness routine using the park as an outdoor gym.

We spotted these new signs in a Brooklyn park installed by the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation. The sign shows a map of a fitness path and gives the equivalent distance needed to walk or run for 1 mile. The sign also offers advice on starting an exercise routine, simple tips for choosing the proper outdoor clothing, and a reminder to eat healthy.
