Astronaut Douglas Wheelock, who earlier ‘checked’ into Foursquare from space, has taken this stunning nighttime photo of the Nile river flowing from the Egyptian desert towards the Mediterranean Sea and Cairo, showing how life follows the water wherever it goes.
