Mustang will be releasing a separate TracKey for the 2012 Mustang Boss 302 that when inserted into the ignition, transforms the toned down Mustang –  sold for regular road driving –  into the race car it was meant to be. The TracKey accesses and re-calibrates the computer-controlled settings of the car like launch control, brake balance and fuel mixture to maximize performance in a race environment.
