Side Architects have designed an amazing micro-home on a 30 square meter plot that was originally intended to park a single car. The three-storied home has several unique design features that enable it to make use of every available space and still have the look and feel of a regular household. A spiral staircase, built-in furniture, mini appliances and storage spaces tucked away in several places are some of the smart features the designers incorporated in this house. The glass doors inside the home give an appearance of bigger rooms while the louver-shaded windows provide light throughout the space.
