Futuristic architecture takes inspiration from the sea and other natural forms.

This Bubble Skyscraper is the work of Tehran-based M&A Architects and takes design inspiration from its location — a shoreline which has bubbles floating on it that were created by the waves striking the rocks.

The building's exterior has an aerodynamic shape that protects it against strong winds and its tree-like base offers resistance against earthquakes and waves. The interior contains commercial and administrative spaces, with several green areas and sky gardens acting as social areas. The skyscraper also incorporates several eco-friendly features that provide natural lighting and ventilation, while the whole infrastructure is powered by embedded cells that use wave energy to produce electricity.
