Olafur Eliasson created a stunning art installation using just an HMI spotlight and acrylic glass.

One of the creations presented at the ongoing “ColorForms” exhibit at the Hirshhorn Museum was Danish artist Olafur Eliasson’s Round Rainbow. This stunning installation was made solely using a rotating acrylic ring and an HMI spotlight mounted on a tripod and was set up in a darkened room that was transformed into a dynamic canvas of light and shadow patterns.
