Being at the epicentre of the Eurozone debt crisis after being the poster child of neo liberal capitalist success would be enough to make most countries gloomy.
But its not the case for fair Eire. Aside from websites highlighting Ireland’s good side one plucky Irish graphic designer has used an ironic homage to an iconic British wartime poster to lift national spirits. Rather than urging us to “keep calm and carry on” Fergus O’Neill’s posters are the quintessential Irish response; just remember ‘it’ll be grand’.
