Turkish visual artist Burcu Buyukunal has unveiled an unusual line of jewelry that defies the typical look and definitions of body ornaments. Buyukunai’s “face-distorting” jewelry fits along the contours of a wearer’s face, thereby inspiring either an image reminiscent of ancient Middle Eastern cosmetics or a new fashion trend altogether.
