Kei Kagami, The Future of Fashion

Fashion designer and artist Kei Kagami and global fastening manufacturer YKK collaborated with St Martins Courtyard to present The Future of Fashion exhibition.

Launched last month, the exhibition featured a centerpiece sculpture by Kei Kagami – a towering floating gown created from luminous YKK zippers that glow in the dark and are lit from within. Surrounding the sculpture were fashion and accessory pieces designed by some of London’s most talented individuals, specially selected by London’s fashion colleges and organizations: Vauxhall Fashion Scout, the Royal College of Art, Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design, London College of Fashion and International Talent Support.
