Fastvínic is a beautifully designed new sandwich shop in Barcelona specializing in quality regional ingredients. Head chef Sergi de Meià and his team are aiming to create sustainable connections with local farmers and fisherman to source the best quality ingredients from the region.

Barcelona based Alfons Tost Interiorisme was responsible for designing the interior which has been submitted for LEED Gold level certification. The design uses sustainable materials, recycled items and energy efficient lighting. The stylish space draws on inspiration from garden centers to food markets.
