Facebook Condenses Content Sharing Spectrum

Facebook's latest change flattens the appearance of our web traces by narrowing the options for sharing.

In another tweaking of their “interface to reality,” Facebook have further narrowed the range of sharing Internet content by discarding their share button. Henceforth, users will only be able to use the ‘like’ button to interface the web outside Facebook back into their profile. This not only changes the prominence of links and web content shared between Facebook users but also poses semantic problems for occasions when user’s might like to share content which they have no affection for.
