Artist Hunter Jonakin destroys famous artworks in his 'Jeff Koons Must Die' video game.

Artist Hunter Jonakin has created Jeff Koons Must Die, a 90's-style first-person-shooter video game housed in a 80's-style coin-operated arcade cabinet, in which the player, armed with a rocket-launcher, tries to destroy tall the artwork at a simulated Jeff Koons retrospective, besieged by an increasing army of museum guards, curators, lawyers, assistants, and even Koons himself.

Jonakin explains:

“In the end, the game is unwinnable, and acts as a comment on the fine art studio system, museum culture, art and commerce, hierarchical power structures, and the destructive tendencies of gallery goers, to name a few.”
