The growing alt-trend of “guerrilla gardening” has just gone commercial with the launching of Seedboms. The grenade-shaped product is made from a mixture of wildflower seeds, organic compost, organic fertilizer, recycled egg cartons and post consumer paper. They come in sunflower, nasturtium, wildflower and cornflower varieties. Just toss them into your “garden,” water, and wait. The materials biodegrade and you’re left only with stunning flowers as nature intended them. Seedboms retail for $16 USD for a package of four.
