The ad agency is the target of new series Portlandia's bang-on humor.

The IFC’s new show Portlandia has been gaining well-deserved online buzz for so accurately poking fun at our Gen Yers as they not-so-gracefully enter their late-twenties and early thirties.  The show recently aimed their gun loaded with snark bullets at the growing trend of creative advertising and marketing firms who try to mix business with “pleasure.” We follow Julia during her first day at Wieden+Kennedy, as she tries to attend a meeting in “The Basket” but gets sucked into all manner of office funtivites: birthdays, blog webisodes, and our particular favourite, “mood showering.” The episode was filmed at the Wieden+Kennedy west coast offices in downtown Portland.
