Radiohead’s latest album caught many by surprise due to the suddenness of the release. After a successful experiment with the release of In Rainbows, which leveraged a ‘pay as you wish’ prompt, the band is coupling high and low-tech tactics to take their 8th album beyond everyone’s expectations.

The Universal Sigh newspaper is being given out for free at locations worldwide; it is clearly a retail driver. It comes to the UK today and will be released in the USA tomorrow.
