Overunder and No Touching Ground have unveiled a new piece of street art in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The Helping Hand mural is riff on an existing tattoo on Overunder’s forearm. This tattoo features a blank notepad, which Overunder considers a topical reflection on global events.
