In Brief

Student finds an interesting design solution that brings vegetation into the center of everyday life.

Brooklyn-based student Emily Wettstein created a novel table design that incorporates a planter right down the center of its surface. The planter is removable and the design exemplifies a great harmony between beauty and function. Emily made the piece out of upcycled walnut wood and steel as part of her grad school application.
