Inspired by dystopian films like Brazil, Minority Report and Fight Club, the piece pokes fun at the kind of “future is now” creative technology we tend to feature here. Designer animé robots micromanage every detail of our consumer’s life, from plucking his perfectly-professional stubble to picking his outfit based on the realtime trend reports, but our hero draws the line at robot cars:
