Nike Focuses On Extreme Sports With Its “Chosen” Campaign [Video]

Nike's new campaign includes an online contest for amateur sport enthusiasts to win a trip, exclusive Nike products and event access.

A new commercial from Nike, “Chosen”, features footage of athletes shot at night in locations all over the world. With impressive lighting and pyrotechnics that wouldn’t be out of place at a rock concert, the extreme sports stars show off their skills for Nike’s global campaign. Highlighting sports the brand wouldn’t usually focus on, the ad includes skating, snowboarding, BMXing and surfing. There is also a contest on Nike’s website, inviting people to spotlight their own crew by creating a video of their stunts and tricks and submitting it. The winners will receive an experience to live like a Nike pro, with premium travel, exclusive events and custom products.
