This video demonstrates YouTube user synaecide‘s hack for the Kinect platform that tracks movements and manipulates the flow of the music accordingly. With this “dubstep wobble madness,” you can create remixes, with the music adapting to how you move. Here's a brief explanation of the tech:

I’m using a MASSIVE patch I made controlling pitch (which is locked to a 3 note scale for ease of use), filter cutoff, resonance, LFO depth, LFO speed, as well as reverb. These are mapped to the X Y and Z co-ordinates of my hands.
