A new initiative from the pizza delivery giant allows users to publicly share their feedback and pizza enjoyment experiences.

Dominos is taking brand transparency to a whole new level by opening up dialogue with their customers and encouraging honest feedback on their products and services, displaying the results to all in New York's Times Square.

The international pizza delivery corporation began the campaign yesterday as part of their ‘Oh Yes We Did’ moments, gathering the good, bad and so-so customer feedback directly from their online ordering Domino’s Tracker.  Allowing customers to track the status of their delivery online, the Domino's Tracker has recently asked users to submit feedback to the site and even upload photos to be posted on the Times Square screens during the campaign's run.
