A new service crowdsources app reviews and comments to help users decide what to download.

Ribblet is a new web app that allows you to discover apps for your iOS or Android device based on user feedback and rankings. This web app has a similar to the format of popular news website Reddit, which is heavily grounded in user-generated  and rated content. Designed by Australian developer Mark Biegel, Ribblet enables users to save apps they like on “wishlists,” and submit reviews, comments, and positive or negative votes on apps they have used. Ribblet is still in beta mode, but promises an official launch before long.
