David Byrne To Create A ‘Tight Spot’ Under The High Line

The rock star-turned-artist has designed a temporary installation for the Pace Gallery.

A temporary, site-specific installation by David Byrne will be on view for two weeks under the High Line, in a space recently acquired by the Pace Gallery. Before construction work starts on the gallery’s expansion, Byrne will fill the empty lot with a 48-by-20 foot inflatable globe.
