The location-based campaign is offering the chance to win VIP seats at the stadium.

Digital advertising agency R/GA is heading MasterCard‘s newest “Priceless” campaign, which involves placing seats from the old Yankee Stadium in 20 popular locations across New York City. Each blue seat has a QR code that leads people to “Check in to the ballgame” on Facebook Places. On offer are two VIP tickets to watch a game at Yankee Stadium.

In the TV ad, which accompanies the campaign, a man passes by New York landmarks giving out tickets to anyone wearing the Yankees logo and at the end they all join him at the stadium to watch the game. The ad was directed by Oscar-winning The King's Speech director Tom Hooper and can be viewed below:
