Photographer Stephen Wilkes’ series ‘Day to Night’ takes a unique look of New York city as it transitions from light to dark in just one photo. His amazing images are created by a fixed camera overseeing a famous landmark that then snaps individual photos for up to 15 hours. During post-processing, these photos are then merged into one photo frame. This technique creates a surreal atmosphere and challenges the viewer’s conception of time.
