PSFK visits a local San Francisco bar that top chefs are turning into an impromptu gourmet dining experience for Mondays in the month of August.

Slim’s, a live music venue in the SOMA area of San Francisco has offered their Monday nights in August to different chefs from SF and the surrounding area to create Slim’s Pop-Up Dining Series. The chefs take over the kitchen and turn the bar into a mini restaurant, serving multiple course meals. On Monday August 1st, Chef Alex Marsh, was in residence to create an amazing meal including scallop crudo, and braised lamb cheeks.

Next Monday at Slim’s, Cathead’s BBQ will be in the kitchen and we can expect another super tasty meal.
