If Apple's iPod Nano was a watch, this is what it would look like. A Swiss startup called Pineapple, has launched a line of watches that mimic the look of the mobile music device.

Amid Apple's current high-profile patent disputes, a startup from Montreux, Switzerland named Pineapple, has created a watch called the ‘Swiss iPod Lookalike Watch,' which purposely copies the design of the iPod Nano.
