In an effort to help small businesses and create jobs, the site will be giving away ad credits as well as advice about how to reach customers using Facebook.

Facebook has teamed up with the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in an effort it claims will help grow American small businesses and create jobs.
