Gawker Media's technology blog Gizmodo will soon add a UK version via Future Publishing.

The UK version of Gizmodo is due to launch this autumn. It will sit alongside Future’s other technology titles, including magazine and website T3 and online technology news site TechRadar.

It will be the ninth international version of the site, with localised versions already available in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Japan, Australia and Brazil.

Nial Ferguson, group publishing director of Future’s technology division, said:

“It is a hugely influential brand and one that we are proud to have within our market-leading portfolio. Gizmodo UK allows us to speak to a completely new set of tech consumers and to offer our commercial partners even more exciting opportunities.”
