Ace Hotel in the U.S. has partnered with the Impossible Project to encourage guests to capture the moments of their stay by using a refurbished Polaroid camera. Custom packs of Impossible x Ace Hotel PX600 Silvershade instant black and white film will be available to purchase via the minibar. Snaps from guests will also have the chance to be included in the hotel’s own exhibit called ’24 hours at the Ace’ which will be held in New York, 2012.

The Impossible Project is the organization that is ‘keeping Polaroid film alive’ after Polaroid decided to shut down their instant film operation in the Netherlands a few years ago. If you won’t be staying at the Ace Hotel any time soon, you can also purchase the Ace X Impossible Project Starter Kit online for $150.
