Gawker Media founder Nick Denton maintains that his company is a tech company, rather than editorial.

At the first-ever company-wide meeting of Gawker Media, founder Nick Denton said his network of blogs “is to be considered a tech company – but it should also be considered a tech company with editorial products,” Choire Sicha reported for The Awl.
