Frequent diner Martin Kessman has filed a lawsuit against the fast-food chain after finding he cannot fit into the dining room booths.

NANUET. N.Y. — Martin Kessman says he loves White Castle burgers and has been eating them for 50-plus years, but the 290-pound stockbroker doesn’t like that he can’t fit into the booths at his local restaurant.

So he’s suing.

He filed a federal lawsuit last month against the fast-food chain claiming the small seating violates his rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act. USA Today
