The Finnish company NEAPO recently built a three-story building in a shipyard and then transported it to its destination at Hirvensalo island, near Turku, Finland on a barge.

The 861 square meter prefabricated office building was 12 meters high and weighed 220 tonnes. It was made using Fixcel: steel honeycomb panels used in modular construction, which can bear heavy loads, resist corrosion and are 100% recyclable.
