Kobi Levi's series of shoes draw inspiration from a toucan, a mallard and a swan.

Freelance designer Kobi Levi uses the shoe as his canvas for artistic footwear creations. His ‘Birds series' consists of high heels made from leather, crafted into the recognisable shape and color of a toucan, mallard and swan. All of his designs are hand-made in his studio.

The piece is a wearable sculpture. It is “alive” with/out the foot/body. Most of the inspirations are out of the “shoe-world”, and give the footwear an extreme transformation. The result is usually humoristic with a unique point of view about footwear.
