The famous car company channels a racetrack experience on a reader's fingertips in promoting its iPad magazine.

German car company Audi takes an innovative step in promoting the iPad version of Audi Magazine in Brazil by using an “unlock racetrack.”

The advertisement, which ran in iPad publications, featured a lock screen that took the form of a racetrack. Unlocking the advertisement by sliding one’s finger through the whole track would lead the reader to a free download of the Magazine on iTunes.
