Confidential document indicates the retail giant's plans to expand its in-store health clinic services.

Retail giant Walmart might soon be offering customers more affordable healthcare in its in-store health clinics. Walmart is rumored to to be partnering with outside healthcare services to help customers treat and manage serious conditions like HIV, diabetes, arthritis and clinical depression.

The 14-page confidential document by Walmart was sent to healthcare vendors and was leaked by National Public Radio. The document stated that the company “intends to build a national, integrated, low-cost primary care healthcare platform.”
