DDB Canada promote the revamped plus-size fashion retailer Penningtons by surprising customers.

Penningtons want to give plus-size fashion a makeover so DDB Canada created a magic mirror for their ‘Styled to Surprise' campaign. When shoppers stood in front of the mirror in the dressing room of a Penningtons store, they were surprised to see two realistic fireman descend from poles either side of their reflection.

These were triggered by motion-sensored mirror technology and they checked out the shoppers' new clothes and competed with each other to woo them. Shoppers' reactions were captured on film and those who share the below ‘Styled to Surprise' video have a chance to win a $1,000 shopping spree at Penningtons.
