Business guru explains why Google doesn't cut-the-mustard each time it tries to copy.

This is interesting reading especially considering the recent criticism of the use of Google+ and even witnessing Google having to advertise its wares: Business guru Seth Godin says that when entrepreneurs often have a significant advantage over large tech companies even when they are copying a start-ups ideas because:

a) it’s almost never about technology b) First movers can become obsessed with external customers, not internal reports c) There are no lifeboats.
