Going into the new year, American retail chain Best Buy continues to provide consumers with tech support via an exclusive Twitter account. Customers can tweet to @twelpforce (Twitter Help Force) regarding anything related to consumer electronics. The questions or problems are answered by a team of Best Buy technology experts.

So far, there’s been an array of issues solved, including payment problems, faulty products, tech connectivity and product information. Best Buy’s Twelpforce initiative has received positive feedback as it expands traditional customer service channels by being more engaging and relevant to consumers in real-time.
