List of products and services that the coffee company has launched since it asked its customers for suggestions.

Starbucks has been running the My Starbucks Idea platform for almost three years now. Although we were a little skeptical about the project at first, it seems like it clearly engaged their customers and managed to create a number of product and service improvements to the coffee (and tea and cakes) retailer. The site now has 100,000 idea submissions and a few of those got considered at the Seattle based headquarters and brought to market.
