London designers turn an everyday device into an elegant art form.

This collection of USB flash drives are cast in high-quality stainless steel and each one is meticulously hand-polished. Ranging in different designs and metallic colors, these elegant USB sticks look like little sculptures rather than just an ordinary computer peripheral, bringing a bit of quality design to a very banal and ubiquitous object.

The USB memory sticks are part of the Empty Memory collection launched last month by industrial designers Yookyung Shin and Hanhsi Chen from London-based design studio Logical Art. The simple, transparent design of the USB sticks is a metaphor that the user can fill the space with their memories.
