Iconic doll given a tech makeover and can now take and display pictures.

The newly launched Barbie Photo Fashion Doll was recently spotted at the 2012 Toy Fair in New York, USA. What's unique about this Barbie is that it features a built-in 5-megapixel camera and can store up to 100 photos. The camera lens is located on the back of her neck and is cleverly disguised as a necklace embellishment. The tiny shutter button is a heart-shaped belt buckle and users can view the photos on the small LCD screen embedded on Barbie's shirt.

The Barbie doll uses a rechargeable battery and even has 15 special effects to be applied instantly to photos. The photos can be transferred directly onto a computer using the mini USB port on the doll's lower back.
