Leonardo DiCaprio Launches Sustainable Coffee Brand
International film star collaborates with La Colombe coffee to create new roast to support a positive environmental future.
The Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation was established in 1998 to support a sustainable future. According to the foundation’s website, it works on a variety of environmental and humanitarian issues including Wildlife Protection, Forest Preservation, Healthy Oceans, Water Access, Disaster Relief and Climate Change.
The Foundation recently teamed with the world renowned coffee roasting company La Colombe to create a new brand of coffee they are calling “Lyon.” 100 percent of the net proceeds will benefit causes supported by DiCaprio’s Foundation. The description on the bag explains the following:
