Dutch street artist Max Zorn is known for his perplex designs that use ordinary brown packaging tape to form pictures of classic paintings, photos, celebrities and pop icons. Images have included the Girl with the Pearl Earring, The Beatles, and Muhammad Ali.

The translucent tape is cut into pieces and layered on top of each other to create shapes and interesting textures. When the design is illuminated, it could easily be mistaken for a watercolor artwork. Zorn usually sticks his tape creations on street lamps or glass panes to bring his work to life.
