Do Yoga On A Surfboard [Pics]

L.A. yoga instructor Sarah Tiefenthaler has taken her classes off the mat and onto stand up paddle-boards (SUP) off the coast of Southern California. This new experience is called YogAqua and it modifies and enhances the ancient art. By performing dozens of different poses while floating on the water under the bright sun, YogAqua engages muscles you wouldn’t normally and combines the benefits of both SUP and yoga for students.
