The Bahia Honda Rail Bridge may soon hold a hotel and a shopping complex.

The Bahia Honda Rail Bridge is an old iconic bridge that looks over the Big Spanish Channel in Florida, USA. The bridge is currently not in use, but this might all change as a European design firm wishes to turn the bridge into a 300-room resort and shopping complex. Anton Arkipov, founder of Legend Systems Group, explained that:

I was passing through the Keys last year when I saw this great architecture. We stopped at the bridge and I though it would be a great idea to use it in some way. We believe that in its remarkable location, it can be transformed by upgrading it as a base for a unique tourist settlement.
