Four Seasons Hotel Creates Interactive Memory Book Of Favorite Stays

To commemorate its 35-year history, the Toronto outpost engages past and current guests to share their best stories and photos in a Facebook tribute app.

As a fitting final tribute to its original location, The Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto has launched an online memory book for previous and current guests to share their most beloved memories of their stay.

The online memory book, launched on Facebook via The Four Seasons Hotel Toronto’s official Facebook page and concurrently promoted in their official Twitter page, aims to collect and upload as many photos and stories as possible over the hotel’s 35-year existence, which is set to end on March 28th as The Four Seasons reopens in a new location on 60 Yorkville Avenue  this summer. Upon liking The Four Seasons Hotel Toronto’s page, viewers can read all submitted photos and stories, which include a couple’s marriage proposal, one design firm’s long relationship with the hotel, and numerous weddings, among others.

Dimitrios Zarikos, regional vice president and general manager for the Four Seasons Hotel, Toronto, sais in Luxury Daily:

We wanted to pay tribute to this building by acknowledging the very people who have memorable moments tied to it…Facebook allows us to have a large reach and capture those special moments on a grander scale; the immediate effect of social media allows our fans to view the memories live as soon as they are processed into the Facebook application.
